Client Support: Love Comes Standard
The best value of our software is the unlimited training and client support that you receive with your Pro or Quad purchase. We've bundled in the cost of training and support, so the price you see in the calculator window is the only price you'll pay. We've been tricked by software companies in the past when we were an event services company and we hated finding out that there were hidden costs.
We don't like tricks or sale-by-PowerPoint or good-luck-with-your-product approaches. We like understanding what you're doing and then getting the doing done.
All of our training is offered live with a real person that uses their actual name (they have real personalities as well). We train you by helping you to set up your first event so that your training is hands-on. You can come back to us by calling us, emailing us or using the beloved live chat feature to connect with one of our support team members. Our team has people on both coasts of the US, the UK and Australia so that we cover all the time zones and don't leave you stranded when you're badges don't print out at 2 am.
Professional Services
While the etouches event software management platform allows you to do-it-yourself and configure, design and manage your event in any fashion you want, you may not necessarily have the time to learn the system before an event needs to go live. No worries! etouches has a Professional Services in-house team that is ready and willing to fast track your event so that you can open registration as soon as you need to do so. The Professional Services team offers configuration and implementation services for the following:
- Event website configuration and HTML/CSS configuration
- Event registration set-up and workflow configuration
- HTML email and event website template configuration
- eSocial networking website configuration

Event Services
Our history is in event services; we've done it all and have the experience (and touch!) to make your event a success if you don't have the in-house resources to handle every aspect of the event lifecycle. Our experience event services team is here to make life easy and many etouches clients take advantage of the combination of their years of experience coupled with familiarity of the software to handle all of the aspects of housing and registration management. Our event services team can offer help in the following areas:
- Call Center Management to aid attendees in registering, answering questions & increasing attendee registration
- Speaker Management to aid with speaker selection and processing, ensure that selected speakers are given the VIP treatment, have submitted their presentations and know their schedules
- Onsite Registration Management to run the registration desk, handle onsite registration and any issues that may arise
- Housing Management to handle your room block, handling hotel check-in and reporting and ensuring room blocks are full
- Lead Retrieval Programs: handle all aspects of lead retrieval programs from handling orders, to training, distribution and providing lead scanning reports back to exhibitors and conference organizers
