History
etouches grew out of an event management services company called Global Executive which was founded in 1991. Servicing a global customer base and handling every aspect from event conception through production, Leonora was never satisfied in fi nding a software solution capable of delivering both efficiency and ease of use. The answer was to design her own software solution from an event planner’s unique point of view.The software solution was a huge success and Leonora officially productized and renamed the corporation in 2008.
With a reputation for exceptional service and high touch, Leonora easily transformed the company from an event services company to a software company, delivering access to etouches through a subscription model while maintaining the highest levels of customer care.
Since evolving into a software company, the etouches product line has received multiple awards from both the software and the event industry. Leonora has also received multiple awards for her entrepreneurial leadership and business management success.
Product Offerings
etouches is the most comprehensive web-based event software management platform available. Offering two product lines named etouches Quad and etouches Pro, etouches is based on a multitenant, cloud-based architecture using open source technology and delivered as software as a service (SaaS). The multilingual, multicurrency product line includes modules for scheduling, budgeting, registration, seating, appointment setting/networking, venue sourcing, email marketing, surveys, mobile, lead retrieval and event websites.
